the staff are lovely and so polite, always ready to help with anything i needed! my en suite quadruple room was a decent size, perfect for what i needed it for. the breakfast was a highlight.. so many fresh options and cooked items available upon request.

my room faced the street next to a tennis court, so it wasn't the quietest, especially since i wanted the window open. there was no elevator, a bit of a struggle with my luggage! the water pressure in the bathroom was minimal.. showering was a bit of a challenge.

I appreciated the good breakfast. There was plenty of choice available. The location is really great.. it is quiet, and the room temperature was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful .

The shower was a bit small, though it worked perfectly well.

i found the room clean and the location very good. both the train station and underground are a short walk away, with access to transport. the area features many shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets, all conveniently nearby, so i appreciate this.

the room did not have air conditioning. there was only a small fan to use.

The room, while not very large, was clean and had everything needed. tea and coffee were also available in the room. I was very happy about this. the bed was firm, and there was a sink and mirror in the room.

The staff was friendly and efficient. This. the receptionist kindly offered a breakfast tray as i was checking out too early. it was very thoughtful and generous of her. I was grateful!
